We have a requirement for Team Leader - Stores to work in our Stores Department.
You will be required to supervise the stores resource in order that production is maintained and that items are available as and when required whilst continually looking to improve and identify where improvements can be achieved.
Your key tasks will include –
- Leadership, leads the team to deliver targets, holds daily team reviews and regular 1-2-1’s with team members.
- Holds team members accountable for H+S, Quality, Productivity and adherence to company procedures, policies, and expectations.
- To ensure Health & Safety requirements of the team are defined and understood.
- Ensures team processes and procedures are up to date, authorised and adhered to
- Training, skills, monitors and maintains training/skills matrix for the team and ensures the team has adequate cover for holidays and absences for all operations.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in materials handling, be computer literate, pay excellent attention to detail, have excellent communication skills and be flexible in their approach to work.
