Customer Service Advisor - Solent Beds and Furniture

An exciting new opportunity has opened at the Isle of Wight’s go-to furniture stores! We are looking for someone to join our office team as Customer Service Advisor, in Lake.

Your key duties & responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Open and maintain customer service records and information.
  • Manage incoming calls.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Go the extra mile to engage with customers via telephone and email.
  • Work with suppliers to resolve matters to our customer's satisfaction.

Skills we are looking for:

  • Someone confident working on computers and talking on the phone.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel & Word is a must.
  • Capable of working as part of a team to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to show initiative.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workloads.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role would be desirable but not essential.
