BCM Wilson Hill are a well established multi-disciplined property consultancy with offices on the Isle of Wight, Winchester, Oxfordshire and Petersfield. We advise on all areas of property including planning and development, sales, purchases and lettings.

The Isle of Wight office is expanding and we are seeking to recruit a driven and capable individual to assist the team to provide top-quality service to our clients.

This exciting role would be to support the Planning & Development and Rural Consultancy teams with a focus on professional, research and administrative duties.

The role is for a full time position.

JOB OUTLINE:

· Supporting the Planning and Rural Consultancy teams with a range of professional, research, analysis and high level administrative tasks

· Engaging with clients, Local Authority and external consultants/bodies

· Undertaking research, collating data, preparing reports, tenancy agreements/licences up to client presentation standards

· Drawing up plans to accompany official documents

· Undertaking site visits

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST:

· Have excellent communication, IT & organisational skills

· Be a motivated problem solver

· Be logical and process driven

· A full driving licence

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WOULD IDEALLY HAVE:

· Qualifications to degree level or similar

· Experience in surveying or legal practice
