Chef wanted - live in position available!

We are looking for a full time, permanent chef to join our hard working team.

Previous experience and Food Safety Level 2 required.

We are a family run, family friendly pub that takes pride in our excellent food & service.

This position covers a variation of morning, day time & evening shifts with two days off per week. We try to keep set hours & same days off every week to ensure a healthy work life balance.

Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes both following standard recipes & creating your own
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times

- Seeing in deliveries
- Carry out food preparation and presentation
- Work within a motivated kitchen team to deliver exceptional service
- Collaborate with management to plan menus and special dishes

Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or catering environment
- Strong culinary skills with the ability to cook a variety of dishes
- Proficient in food production processes
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
