Our warm and welcoming care home is looking for Senior Carers to join our Day and Night teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) 

• Experience in a senior or supervisory care role

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and guide care staff

• Excellent communication, empathy, and reliability

• A genuine commitment to person-centred care

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting the care team during shifts

• Delivering high-quality personal care and support to residents

• Administering and recording medication in line with regulations

• Ensuring care plans are followed and updated

• Promoting a safe, positive, and supportive environment for residents and staff
