About the Role:

We are an independent Coffee House that has been serving coffee to locals & tourists for over 10 years. As the Coffee House Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the daily operations of our busy, fast paced Coffee House. You'll support the manager, lead by example, and ensure every customer enjoys top-notch service and a perfect cup of coffee keeping up with our very high standards. We pride ourselves on high customer service, expertly made coffees and great team work ensuring speedy delivery of drinks & food in our fast paced shops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the coffee shop
• Lead shifts and ensure team efficiency
• Support, train, and motivate team members
• Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage stock and order supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health & safety standards
• Handle cashing up
• Ensuring opening/ closing duties are completed 
• Support manager by taking on more responsibility when manager is off site

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a similar supervisor or team lead role (café or hospitality preferred)
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Barista experience is a plus (we’ll train the right person!)
• Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask
• Passion for coffee and customer experience
• Someone who can start ASAP
