At The Three Bishops, we take pride in our welcoming atmosphere, delicious seasonal menus, and a bar stocked with local ales and tempting tipples.

We’re now looking for a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager to help lead our team and ensure the smooth running of the pub.

The Role:

As Assistant Manager, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the pub, supporting the General Manager and ensuring our guests receive top-tier hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service
• Support the management team in staff training, development, and supervision
• Monitor and uphold high standards in food, beverage, and cleanliness
• Help manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Contribute to event planning and promotions to enhance customer experience
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

About You:

• Previous experience in hospitality or a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for great food, drinks, and customer service
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the role
