Bar & Front of House Staff – The Three Bishops, Brighstone

 Join our welcoming team at The Three Bishops, a classic English country pub in the heart of Brighstone Village!

We take pride in providing fantastic food, local ales, and excellent service in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We’re now looking for enthusiastic bar and front-of-house team members to help us create memorable experiences for our guests.

The Role:

As part of our Bar & Front of House team, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting and serving customers with warmth and professionalism
• Pouring and preparing drinks, including local ales and spirits
• Taking orders and ensuring smooth service between the bar and kitchen
• Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Handling payments and maintaining a clean and organized work area

About You:

• Enjoy working in a busy, social environment
• Have a friendly and professional approach to customer service
• Can work efficiently and as part of a team
• Are reliable, adaptable, and keen to learn
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential—we provide full training!
