Bar Team Member

Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly Brasserie & Bar Team Members to join our team at our busy Isle of Wight hotel.

About the Role

As part of our brasserie & bar team, you will help deliver excellent service to our hotel guests and visitors, ensuring every experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving drinks, including cocktails, wines, beers and soft drinks

• Providing friendly and attentive customer service

• Maintaining a clean and organised brasserie area

• Handling payments and operating the till

• Replenishing stock and assisting with stock control

• Working as part of the wider food & beverage team

• Supporting during events, weddings and busy service periods

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred but not essential

• A positive, can-do attitude

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• A strong team player with a professional appearance
