Cafe Supervisor - Isle of Wight Pearl

Contract £13-£14 per hour (dependant on experience) + commission and bonus, permanent.

Terms All daytime shifts, up to 30 to 40 hours per week, including weekends

Overview

Isle of Wight Pearl is a multi-award-winning, family business where, for 38 years, we’ve helped locals and visitors celebrate special moments with pearl jewellery and beautiful food.

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Front of House supervisor for our much-loved Pearl Café. You will handle all aspects of Front of House whilst working closely with the kitchen to deliver a wonderful experience to our customers during breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea service. We’re looking for someone who can lead by example to help our customers feel welcome whilst developing our service across the café team.

About the role

· Delivering the very best customer service to our customers on a daily basis.

· Working closely with the kitchen to ensure service is delivered efficiently.

· Lead the front of house team

· Supporting the Head Chef with administration such as buying, health and safety and front of house stock management.

About you

· A Front of House professional.

· You will be passionate for excellent customer service with a confident out-going personality.

· Keen to learn and take on relevant food hygiene, barista and service training.

· Conscientious and reliable to take responsibility when necessary.
