Bembridge Sailing Club is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Seasonal Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef to join our friendly and professional kitchen team with an immediate start.

Working alongside our Head Chef, you will help deliver a fresh, modern menu to our members and guests in one of the Island's premier sailing clubs throughout the busy summer season.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef
• Is passionate about producing high-quality fresh food
• Works well under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Is a strong team player with a positive attitude
• Holds, or is willing to obtain, the appropriate Food Hygiene qualification
