Role Overview

As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring guests have an excellent dining experience from the moment they arrive. You will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout service.

As a Bar Team Member, you will ensure first-rate service, an enthusiasm to learn and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests from the moment they arrive. You will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, multi-serving, learning how to make our cocktails/mixed drinks and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout service.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people, can stay calm under pressure, and thrives as part of a team during busy periods, particularly evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Guest Experience

• Greet customers warmly and ensure they feel welcomed
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant’s ordering system
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and to a high standard
• Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly
• Ensure the dining area, service stations, and entrance are clean and well-presented
• Front of House should work closely with kitchen to ensure smooth service and Bar with Front Of House

• Follow food hygiene and safety procedures at all times
• Support the team with opening, closing, and general housekeeping duties
• Communicate effectively with colleagues during peak times
