Front of House Team Member – The Cow, Tapnell Farm
We’re looking for a hard-working, friendly Front of House team member to join us at The Cow, Tapnell Farm. This is a rare all-year-round opportunity in hospitality on the Island, with competitive pay, equal share of tips, and great staff benefits.
The Role:
- Serving guests in your section with a warm and professional approach.
- Running food and drink orders quickly and accurately.
- Helping with daily sidework such as polishing cutlery, restocking, and keeping the restaurant clean and well presented.
- Working closely with the team to deliver excellent service, even on our busiest days.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a busy, fast-paced restaurant.
- Someone reliable, confident, and happy to work as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, especially weekends, school holidays, and throughout August.
- A strong work ethic, a positive attitude and high standards in everything you do.
