About the role
As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming first impression while delivering exceptional customer service throughout their stay. You'll confidently handle reservations, front office administration, and anticipate guests' needs to ensure every visit is as enjoyable and memorable as possible. Working as part of our friendly reception team, you'll take pride in providing a professional, efficient and personalised service that consistently exceeds expectations. To succeed in this role, you'll be enthusiastic, organised and passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality.

Hours of work: Full-time, year-round position, 35 - 40 hours per week, working shifts 8am-3pm/4pm and 3pm/4pm-11pm, including weekends and public holidays.
