Stripped Brasserie is a small, family-run Mediterranean restaurant in Ventnor, open only for dinner and built on respect, balance, and proper food. We’re looking for a Sous Chef who wants to grow with us — someone who cares about flavour, consistency, and a positive kitchen culture.
This isn’t a shouty, high-stress kitchen. It’s a place where you can actually cook, think, and take pride in what goes on the plate.
