A Barista who can balance technical coffee skills with the personality of a 1960s soul-searcher and the energy of a fitness coach. A most unique opportunity for a very different approach on the local cafe scene The T2 vDub Cafe.

We are part of PINNACLE... directly adjacent to the Pinnacle Fitness Studio and Pinnacle Shops.

Our customers are fitness members seeking rehydration and refueling after sessions, part of a community hub or shoppers seeking something out of the ordinary.

THE VIBE CURATOR

·       The Stage: An authentic 1967 Split-Screen VW Van inside Pinnacle Fitness Studio.

·       The Soundtrack: The Beatles, and the hiss of a perfect espresso.

·       The Mission: Fueling the fitness community and the local public with 60s soul and high-performance caffeine.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

We aren’t looking for someone to just "push buttons." We need a Vibe Curator who:

·       Knows their Beans: You can pull a perfect double-shot and froth milk like an artist.

·       Loves the 60s: You know your Stones from your Supremes and can talk about our vintage memorabilia with genuine passion.

·       Has "Pinnacle" Energy: You can cheer on a gym member after a brutal leg day and pivot to a charming "Good Morning" for a local shopper.

·       Is a Master of the Upsell: You’re confident enough to turn a "Free Regular" into a "Hi Energy Double-Shot" with a smile.

·    THE ESSENTIALS:

·       Location: T2 vDub Café @ Pinnacle Fitness Studio.

·       Hours: Early starts (7:45am prep for 8am opening).

·       Experience: Previous barista experience preferred, but a "Vibe-First" attitude is non-negotiable.
