The Role
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Wine Specialist / Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in hospitality and has a genuine interest in wine, food, and delivering exceptional service.

While previous experience in a fast-paced hotel or restaurant is beneficial, it is not essential—full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable advice on wine selections and food pairings
• Deliver outstanding service across our restaurant and bar areas
• Maintain and manage the wine list, including stock rotation
• Assist with ordering, storage, and inventory management
• Support wine tastings, events, and special functions
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams

About You

• Passionate about hospitality, wine, food, and drinks
• Committed to delivering memorable guest experiences
• Friendly, positive, and professional in approach
• Able to work efficiently under pressure
• A strong team player with a willingness to go the extra mile
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• WSET qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in a busy hotel or restaurant environment is an advantage
