Urban Saints Westbrook is a residential centre that hosts groups of young people from churches, schools and youth groups, set in 18 acres of mixed parkland near Ryde.

We're looking for a Guest Service Coordinator to work from June to August (inclusive) to be the main liaison for visiting groups during their stay at Westbrook, whilst also getting involved in different aspects of the working life of Westbrook.

You'll be responsible for:

- General Supervision of the centre on a rota basis
- Welcoming groups of guests and answering questions
- Meeting the needs of guests including: serving food, assisting with accomodation, assisting with housekeeping, set up of group rooms
- Assist groups with onsite activities such as archery and orienteering
- Administrative tasks such as answering the phone and support with booking requests

About You

You'll be a kind, compassionate and reliable individual who can make guests feel welcomed. You will someone who is happy to get stuck in to different tasks and like working with people.

Key skills and experience:

- Experience of providing a good customer service experience
- Prior work in a hospitality or residential setting
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Details

Hours: 37.5 hours per week to be worked flexibly, including occasional evening and weekend work
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Terms: Fixed term contract from 28th May to 31st August
Requirements: An enhanced DBS check is required
