We’re looking for hands-on Production Operative to help us deliver high-quality products to customers around the world. With flexible shifts available — days, lates, weekends — this role can work around you. It is a casual position with shifts available from the end of October right through to Christmas. 

What you’ll do:

• Pick, pack, print, and produce garments to a high standard
• Meet daily production targets and uphold team KPIs
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and ready to go
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality
• Support teammates and assist with training
• Bring a forward-thinking approach, using new tools and ideas (including AI) to make production smarter and faster
