Are you hands-on, reliable, and energised by working in a busy, team-focused environment? We’re looking for a Despatch Operative to help us deliver exceptional service to our customers by ensuring our finished goods leave site on time, accurately, and safely.

What you’ll be doing

• Safely and efficiently loading outbound customer orders
• Managing a variable workflow to support the despatch plan
• Ensuring orders are picked accurately using the correct documentation
• Supporting stock control and general warehousing duties
• Carrying out local driving duties when required
• Maintaining excellent standards of safety, hygiene, and organisation

• A full clean, UK driving licence
• A team player with a proactive, positive attitude
• A flexible approach to working hours, recognising the role varies with our seasonal production cycles
• Someone physically fit and comfortable with hands-on tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Working Hours

This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week, with seasonal flexibility.

• Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays during the main season
• Daily hours align with business operations
• Main season (April–September): 11:00am – 7:30-8.00pm
• Out of season: standard office-style hours apply
