HR Operations Assistant

Salary up to £28288 per annum based on experience and qualifications

Permanant Contract 37 hours per week Monday to Friday, with an early finish on a Friday

We’re looking for an HR Operations Assistant who loves process, values accuracy, and enjoys being the calm, organised presence that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

 What you will be doing....

You will support the Colleges end to end HR operations with particular focus on:

·           Coordinating recruitment activity so candidates and managers have a smooth, professional experience

·           Ensuring safer recruitment and pre-employment checks ae completed accurately and on time

·           Maintaining vital records, systems and the Single Central Record with confidence and care

·           Supporting onboarding, induction and probation processes so new colleagues feel welcome and supported

·           Responding helpfully and professional to HR enquiries

·           Working closely with HR colleagues, managers and external partners to keep everything aligned
