A structured route into technology implementation

We are looking for an organised, customer-focused and technically curious individual to join our Implementations Team, supporting the successful coordination, testing and delivery of customer systems while developing the knowledge and skills needed to progress within Technical Services.

About the opportunity

As WRS continues to grow, we are looking for an organised, customer-focused and technically curious Implementations Team Administrator to join our Technical Services function. Maintain clear implementation documentation, records and customer communications.

Work with Support, Development, Data, Training, Projects and other internal teams.

Assist with scheduled installations, equipment replacement and occasional on-site activity where required.

Build the product and system knowledge needed to progress into greater implementation ownership.

What we are looking for Essential

Strong organisation and attention to detail.

Clear written and verbal communication.

A customer-focused and professional approach.

The ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.

Confidence using Microsoft Office applications.

A practical problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn technical systems.

The ability to work collaboratively across different teams.

Desirable

Experience in IT support, service desk, implementation or technical administration.

Knowledge of EPOS, hospitality, retail or customer technology systems.

Experience supporting software deployments, system configuration or technical projects.

An understanding of databases, networking or remote management tools.

What we offer

A structured six-month learning and transition programme.

Mentoring and practical technical training.

Exposure to a broad range of customer systems and implementation activity.

A clear pathway to develop within Implementations and wider Technical Services.

The opportunity to contribute to both business-as-usual delivery and major customer projects.

Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities.
