Duty Manager - Call On Me Ltd

As the duty manager, this role will be pivatol in making sure our services operate as effectively as possible. The role will include, 

Care coordination and rota management

Attendance at weekly huddle meetings

Reconcilation of electronic records

Observations/ audits 

Care plan reviews

Allocated daily duty tasks

Management of out of hours 

Peer development sessions 

Signposting and advising staff, clients 

Leading client drop in sessions, to shape service changes

 

Working hours for the position. This role is shared, between another duty manager, who will cover the opposite days.

Week 1:                                                     

Monday- 9.30am-12.30pm 

Tuesday- 5pm-10pm ( Plus sleep in 10pm-7am) 1 hour 7am-8am for handover. 

Wednesday- off

Thursday- 5pm-10pm (Plus sleep in 10pm-7am) 1 hour 7am-8am for handover 

Friday- off

Saturday- off

Sunday- off

Week 2:

Moday- 9.30am-12.30pm

Tuesday- 5pm-10pm ( Plus sleep in 10pm-7am) 1 hour 7am-8am for handover. 

Wednesday- off

Thursday- 5pm-10pm ( Plus sleep in 10pm-7am) 1 hour 7am-8am for handover. 

Friday- off

Saturday- Responsible manager for on call contact 

Sunday- Responsible manager for on call contact

Personal Skills Required:

Logical thinking, Excellent problem solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, effective IT skills, someone who remains calm under pressure.

Desirables:

QCF level 5, or willingness to work towards. Minimum of 3 years experience in frontline support

Essentials:

To hold a full driving licence, having access to vechile during work hours.
