Ryde House Group is looking for a dedicated and passionate Deputy Manager to join our expanding management team across our residential services on the Isle of Wight.

The Role
Our Ryde House registration currently includes five registered homes and a registered Outreach service.
We’re looking for a caring, innovative, and motivated individual who can lead with compassion, inspire teams, and maintain high standards of support and compliance. Strong communication skills are essential, alongside a genuine commitment to achieving positive outcomes for the people we support.
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in management. However, we also welcome applications from candidates with the relevant experience, qualifications, or training outlined below.
- Experience working within a similar care or supported living environment
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise workloads effectively
- Good IT and administrative skills
- Knowledge and understanding of:
- Relevant legislation, CQC Fundamental Standards, and inspection frameworks
- The Mental Capacity Act and empowering, person-centred approaches
- Safeguarding procedures at both organisational and multi-agency level
- Quality assurance systems, compliance processes, and regulatory standards
