Location: Isle of Wight College

What you’ll Be Doing
As an Inclusion Officer, you will be a key driver of our college wide inclusion and high needs provision. You will:
• Lead day to day coordination and deployment of our dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs).
• Champion high quality, inclusive classroom practice through modelling, coaching, and targeted CPD.
• Hold a personal caseload of EHCP learners, ensuring delivery, compliance, and outstanding student experience.
• Chair EHCP annual reviews, lead multi agency work, and build strong relationships with students, families and external partners.
• Conduct exam access arrangement assessments (training provided).
• Play a visible and influential role in developing an aspirational, inclusive culture right across the college.
