The Refit, Yard Services, and After-Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of vessel refit projects, shipyard service operations, and post-delivery customer support. This role ensures high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction by liaising with multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and timelines, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients during and after service delivery.

Key responsibilities include pricing, planning and execution of refit and maintenance works, supervising yard service activities and calendar, managing subcontractors and internal resources, whilst developing strong client relationships to ensure effective after-sales support.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and a background, preferably disciplines such as marine engineering, maritime or shipyard operations to help maintain the company’s reputation for delivering high standards within the marine industry.
