An exciting opportunity has become available for an apprentice to learn the trade whilst also undertaking a professional qualification with HTP Apprenticeship College.
The role involves assisting with enquiries, quoting, manufacturing, installation and also helping to run the administrative side of the business.
The apprenticeship to be undertaken is the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship.

Job Description:
1. Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, in person, and via social media. Recording, accurately, all necessary information.
2. Providing accurate product information
3. Assisting with the manufacturing of products
4. Assisting with the installation of all products
5. Accurately ordering any products or materials needed
6. Being the ‘Customer Contact’ person
7. Maintaining and updating customer records on the database, calendars and diaries
8. Undertaking all administrative tasks in the running of the business
Person Spec:
We are looking for that unique person who has good communication skills, is friendly, has a strong work ethic and who is trustworthy and honest.
You must be polite, respectful and professional at all times, with the ability to be calm if things aren’t quite right.
A willingness to learn, and listen to instruction, especially as you will be working on your own in the office for part of the time.
Good IT skills would be an advantage.
This position is suitable for those leaving school or college, male or female.
The successful applicant may end up as part of the manufacturing/installation team or could be working full time within the business administration side of the business.
Hours/Salary:
You will be working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Occasionally, Saturday working may be required.
The working hours will be split between manufacturing and installation, Administration and also the hours required for your apprenticeship learning.
The salary will initially be the apprenticeship wage.
A driving licence and vehicle would be an advantage.
