We are seeking to fill a position in our dynamic team working at the Castle in Cowes
Chef de Partie - We are looking for a passionate chef to come and join our experienced team. The right candidate will be cooking with the best local ingredients in the preparation and presentation of food to a very high standard. You must be able to work well under pressure, think on your own and be part of a team in an ever-changing environment. There will be the chance to undertake additional external training, supplier visits and experience at other establishments.
