Multi-Site Operation
We are seeking an experienced and driven Executive Chef / Head Chef to lead and oversee our kitchen. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring proven leadership, strong commercial awareness, and a consistent track record of longevity in previous positions.
The Role
As Executive Chef / Head Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining high culinary standards while ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and team development. You will work closely with senior management to deliver a consistent, high-quality food offering that reflects our brand values.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee kitchen operations ensuring consistency and quality at all times.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Chefs and kitchen teams.

Full responsibility for stock control, ordering, wastage management, and GP control.

Menu development and implementation, including costings and margin management.

Maintain all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.

Manage staffing levels, rotas, and training to meet business needs.

Work proactively to improve systems, procedures, and operational efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef

Demonstrable longevity in previous roles (this is essential).

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent knowledge of stock control, food costs, and supplier management.

Commercially minded with a focus on consistency and profitability.

Organised, resilient, and able to perform under pressure.

Passionate about food quality, standards, and team development.
- Experience in hosting and curating set menus for events.
