We are looking for Chefs of all levels to join our catering team, working all year round. 

The clubs Bar and Restaurant is doing respectively well, producing a fresh A La Carte menu for its members.

We’re really looking for people with a passion for excellent quality food, that really bursts with enthusiasm to continue to learn more alongside a supportive team.

The club is renowned for its high standards and it’s important to us that we have a team in place that can follow these standards and exceed them where possible.

Naturally, the club is extremely busy throughout the summer period and slows down in the winter months where you will be focusing more on functions such as parties, BBQ's, weddings or corporate entertaining. These functions can cater for up to 150 people and will require you to be a real team player in order to produce only the best experience for our guests and members.

The increase in our customer base throughout the summer means you will be working in a very fast paced environment, it’s important to us that you’re able to cope with this and ideally have some previous experience of this volume within a previous role.

Previous experience at a similar level is vital for this position.
