Now under the stewardship of Quay Hospitality Group, we're bringing Salty's back to its heyday — a brilliant, buzzing atmosphere paired with great seafood done really well.

We are looking for talented, passionate chefs of all levels to join our team in Yarmouth. Working directly with fresh, locally sourced catches to create extraordinary dishes.

Our ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment where your primary responsibilities will include prepping, cooking, and plating high-quality, seasonal menus. You will work closely with a vibrant team to manage a busy section, ensure strict food hygiene and safety standards are met, and handle fresh seafood with the utmost care.

Candidates should have previous experience in a professional kitchen, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under pressure during peak dining hours.
