The Kings Head in Yarmouth is part of the Character Inns pub company a group of unique food led venues across the Island, and we’re on the lookout for a dedicated, hands-on Head Chef to lead our small dedicated  kitchen team. If you’re passionate about food, confident in the heat of service, and ready to take ownership of a busy kitchen, this could be your perfect next chapter.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a small dedicated team of chefs and kitchen assistants
• Overseeing daily prep and service 
• Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency
• Driving creativity in menu development and seasonal specials
• Managing stock, suppliers, and kitchen operations efficiently
• Working with FOH management to ensure a smooth service

What We’re Looking For:

• Perfect role for either a current head chef or a s3nior sous chef looking to take the next step in their career
• Strong leadership skills
• A proactive calm chef who works well under pressure
• Experience in managing budgets and KPI's
