Position: Creative Chef (Sous Chef or Head Chef)
Responsibilities:
- Break the mold and unleash your creativity in crafting unique seaside-inspired dishes.
- Collaborate with senior management to brainstorm and execute innovative ideas from preparation to plating.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork by working closely with the front of house team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a sous chef or head chef, with a passion for pushing culinary boundaries.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain quality across all meal periods.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
