Job Description:

As a member of our kitchen team, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and creativity while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
-       Preparing and executing dishes with precision and attention to detail, following our recipes and standards
-       Collaborating with our Kitchen & Management teams to develop new menu items, that showcase seasonal ingredients.
-       Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitisation guidelines.
-       Contributing to a positive and respectful work environment by communicating effectively and working cooperatively with team members.

Requirements:

-       Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment, with a strong foundation in culinary techniques and practices.
-       Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
-       Punctuality and exceptional organisational skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time
-       The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-       Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
-       A commitment to upholding high standards of quality, consistency, and cleanliness
