At Mountbatten, we believe that excellent food and warm hospitality play an important part in caring for people when it matters most. We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef who will bring creativity, teamwork and a passion for fresh, seasonal cooking to our friendly catering team.
As our Sous Chef, you will help deliver high-quality dishes for our café, inpatient unit, and events - from classic Sunday lunches and afternoon teas to freshly baked cakes and contemporary hot and cold meals. You will support the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring that our food is nutritious, beautifully presented, and served with care.

What we’re looking for:
You are an experienced Sous Chef with a passion for cooking fresh, seasonal food. You work well under pressure, maintain high standards of hygiene, and enjoy being part of a positive, supportive team. You bring strong organisational skills, excellent food preparation knowledge, and an understanding of delivering great customer service in a sensitive, caring environment.
