Supporting the company directors with the provision of a comprehensive administrative support function. Safety and compliance is CS Utilities highest priority and the post holder is responsible for maintaining the schedule of audits to meet ISO compliance requirement. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential requirements.
The post holder will be responsible for general office administration duties including diary management, maintaining filing systems and preparing reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and support the teams to work effectively.
- Manage communication, including emails and phone calls, to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation for Audits and ISO compliance
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain records and files; organising and maintaining electronic and physical files, databases and records.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and filing systems for easy access and management.
- Handling confidential and commercially sensitive information: maintaining discretion and confidentiality
- Any other reasonable duties to support the administration requirements of the company.
