Job Vacancy: Skilled Construction Team Member (Full-Time, Permanent)

J R Fencing & Sons Ltd is a well-established company consisting of fencing, roofing & installation of steel frame structures. Our projects cover a wide variety of work, from roofing and groundworks to agricultural and equestrian construction. With a strong reputation for quality and reliability, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent results for our customers whilst maintaining a supportive and professional team environment.

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hardworking individual to join our team. The successful candidate will work as part of a small, skilled team on a diverse range of projects across the island. This is physical work and you will be required to work in varied weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Carrying out all aspects of roofing

• Undertaking agricultural construction projects

• Groundworks and concreting

• Steel erection

• Equestrian construction

• Assisting within the fencing team as and when required

• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

• CSCS Card

• Working at Height certification

• Excavator operator certification

• Telehandler licence

• MEWP training

• Full clean driving licence
