We’re currently looking for a friendly and dependable Tearoom and Gift Shop Assistant to help us deliver a warm, attentive and memorable customer experience in this uniquely beautiful setting.
What You’ll Do
As a Tearoom & Gift Shop Assistant, you will:
- Welcome and serve customers in a warm and professional manner
- Prepare and serve teas, coffees, cakes, and light refreshments
- Maintain a clean, organised and inviting front-of-house environment
- Handle payments and operate the till
- Assist with stock replenishment and light cleaning duties
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a café, shop, or similar customer-facing role is essential
- A positive attitude and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good attention to detail and personal presentation
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
