Help new customers launch their stores — and make the process seamless. At Teemill, we build technology that helps brands create sustainable products on demand. As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you’ll make sure every new (and existing) customer gets off to the best possible start with our podOS platform. This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance first-line support with technical tasks like store builds, product catalogue management, and data transfers. You’ll be the go-to person for queries, guiding customers through setup, solving problems, and making sure their stores are ready to launch.
What you’ll be doing
- Support & training - Be the first point of contact on live chat, resolve issues quickly, keep support resources up to date, and deliver training where needed.
- Store setup - Guide customers through building their stores and launching products, complete data transfers, and support the sales team with demo accounts. Catalogue management - Maintain accurate product data, add new ranges, and run regular audits to keep everything consistent and reliable.
- Onboarding enablement - Keep tutorials, guides, and videos current, and package them into simple learning modules that make setup easier for customers.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in customer support, onboarding, or data management (ideally 1 - 2 years but we are flexible if you have less)
- Comfortable with product catalogues, ecommerce platforms, or data transfers
- Confident working with bulk data (Excel, CSV, imports/exports)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication — able to explain technical concepts simply
- Able to balance multiple tasks and priorities
Bonus points
- Experience with ecommerce platforms or software systems
- A-levels, vocational qualifications, or degree-level education (or equivalent professional experience)
What’s in it for you
- At Teemill, we believe great work should be rewarded — so here’s what you’ll get:
- Performance bonus — because when we grow, you should too
- Healthshield cash plan — money back on everyday health costs like dental, optical, and physio
- Your birthday off — an extra day’s holiday just for you, on top of your normal allowance
- Team Fun Fund — a pot of cash to spend with your team on whatever you fancy
- Retailer discounts — savings at hundreds of high street and online brands
The chance to work somewhere that’s changing the way the fashion industry works — for good
If you’re organised, detail-focused, and love solving problems, this is your chance to help brands launch stores that make a real difference.
