Supporting our booking system and assisting with general admin tasks

Working confidently with Word and Excel and maintaining clear internal documentation
-
Supporting the wider team with practical office tasks as needed
What we’re looking for
-
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
-
Confident written English (grammar matters) and numerical accuracy
-
Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
-
A professional, friendly telephone manner and good judgement with customers
-
A practical, reliable approach – able to work independently and keep things moving
