Customer service and sales representative – Briddlesford Farm.

Briddlesford Farm is a fourth-generation, family run, dairy farm with a proud heritage.
We produce award-winning, premium dairy products, on site, using the milk from our pedigree guernsey herd at Wootton on the Isle of Wight.
Our fresh milk, cream, butter, and handcrafted cheeses are loved by baristas, chefs, retailers, and local customers who value exceptional quality and true provenance.
We are seeking a confident and proactive customer service and sales representative to help grow our wholesale business across the island and the South Coast.
This is a fantastic opportunity to promote a local brand and play a key role in expanding our presence across the foodservice, retail, and hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new wholesale sales opportunities.
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Understand and promote the benefits of guernsey milk and our premium dairy range.
- Conduct customer visits, product tastings, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure excellent service
- Support customers using our online ordering platform
About You:
- Persuasive communicator with strong customer-facing experience
- Target-driven, commercially minded, and able to work independently
- A strong interest in Isle of Wight food and farming, especially relating to the Briddlesford brand.
- Well-organised and self-motivated.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle essential. We will expect you to travel as part of the job.

Briddlesford Farm
Briddlesford Lodge Farm Isle of Wight. Briddlesford Farm is a 200 acre dairy farm milking 150 pedigree Guernsey cows, and encompassing a farm shop/café complex and dairy processing business. The aim of the business is to process all of its milk and home produced meat on site, and sell it direct to the consumer. It is an example of Isle of Wight food production and self-sufficiency at its best.
