Hours: Term-time only, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with additional hours optional.

Key Responsibilities
School Liaison & Customer Relations
- Send booking confirmations, correspondence, and programme materials to schools
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with teachers and school administrators
- Handle enquiries professionally and respond to booking requests promptly
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the booking process
Presenter Management & Logistics
- Coordinate our team of 11+ presenters across England and Wales
- Arrange travel and accommodation bookings for presenter visits
- Ensure presenters are well-briefed and supported for each school visit
- Maintain presenter schedules and manage any last-minute changes
Administrative Excellence
- Process bookings and maintain accurate records using our management systems
- Prepare workshop materials and coordinate resource distribution
- Support invoice processing and basic financial administration
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure all documentation is current
Director Support
- Provide administrative assistance to company directors
- Help with special projects and business development initiatives
- Coordinate meetings and manage calendars as required
- Support company communications and marketing activities
Essential Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong organisational abilities - managing multiple priorities effectively
- Customer service experience - preferably in education or service sectors
- IT proficiency - comfortable with email, databases, and office software
- Attention to detail - accuracy in all administrative tasks
- Professional telephone manner - representing our brand positively
Desirable Qualities
- Previous experience working with schools or in education
- Understanding of the UK education system and school calendars
- Experience coordinating events or managing logistics
- Knowledge of booking systems or CRM platforms
- A warm, approachable personality that reflects our company values
