Onboarding Support Executive - Teemill

Job Posted: 27 August 2025

Love helping people learn new skills and succeed? Join us to guide, train, and make customers confident.

We’re looking for an Onboarding Support Executive to help new business customers get the very best start with. From sign-up to successful launch, you’ll be their go-to guide — delivering training, solving problems, and making sure every customer feels confident using our platform.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of the customer journey, perfect for someone who’s organised, people-focused, and loves helping others succeed.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing the full onboarding process for new customers, from first contact through to confident platform use.
  • Delivering training and demos that make complex features simple and engaging.
  • Designing and maintaining tutorials, syllabuses, and video resources.
  • Organising installation schedules and data transfers to ensure smooth launches.
  • Resolving support tickets via live chat quickly and professionally. Spotting bugs, logging them accurately, and escalating to technical teams.
  • Keeping the knowledge base and FAQs up to date, and improving our AI chatbot.
  • Supporting feature rollouts with training and documentation.
  • Reviewing and improving training materials to keep them fresh and effective.

What we’re looking for

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role (support, onboarding, training, retail, hospitality, or similar).
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, clear language.
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team.
  • (Nice to have) Experience delivering training or working with software platforms.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English & Maths (A–C / 9–4 or equivalent).
  • A-levels, vocational qualifications, or degree-level education are a plus.
  • Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Cool things about this role

  • Be the first point of contact for new customers, shaping their Teemill journey.
  • Play a hands-on role in helping businesses launch successfully.
  • Influence training resources, tutorials, and self-service tools.
  • Work closely with product, tech, and customer teams to make things better.
  • Join a fast-moving company that values innovation and customer success.

What’s in it for you

We believe great work should be rewarded — so here’s what you’ll get:

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Your birthday off — an extra day’s holiday just for you
  • Flexible hybrid working
  • Healthshield cash plan — money back on everyday health costs like dental, optical, and physio
  • Team Fun Fund — a pot of cash to spend with your team on whatever you fancy
  • Retailer discounts — savings at hundreds of high street and online brands
  • The chance to work somewhere that’s changing the way the fashion industry works — for good
