At The Bay Medical Practice, you’ll be the first friendly voice our patients hear and the person who helps them access the care they need.
We are looking for Patient Advisors (GP Receptionists) to join our welcoming, supportive team. This is a rewarding role at the heart of our practice, helping patients navigate services, supporting clinicians, and ensuring the smooth running of our busy GP practice.

A Typical Day in the Role
As a Patient Advisor you may:

Welcome patients at reception and provide a friendly first point of contact

Answer calls and help patients access the right care

Book and manage appointments

Support clinicians and the wider healthcare team

Help ensure the practice runs smoothly for both patients and staff
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:

Passionate about excellent patient service
- Friendly, professional and a confident communicator

Organised and calm in a busy healthcare environment
- IT literate and open to learning new systems

A supportive team player with a positive attitude
Healthcare or customer service experience is helpful but not essential, full training will be provided.
