RESTAURANT MANAGER - Smoking Lobster Ventnor

Work at the Island’s Best Restaurant for 2021 and 2022, on the picturesque seafront in Ventnor. Smoking Lobster is a first-class seafood restaurant, serving delicious dishes which celebrate local produce, through a Pan-Asian lens.

Featuring in Ainsley Hariott and Grace Dent’s “Best of Britain by the Sea”, Smoking Lobster’s lobster was declared the “Best Lobster I’ve ever had” by food critic Grace.

Smoking Lobster is looking for an ambitious restaurant manager, who is keen to work with a front of house team alongside the best chefs on the island, and help drive forward their excellent standards.

Your day-to-day:

  • Managing the bookings and to increase booking capacity
  • Manage Front of House team 
  • Write rotas & control staff costs
  • Provide excellent customer service
