Professional  Requirements

• The position is offered to a GDC registered UK trained qualified Dental Nurse with a minimum of one year experience in UK dental practice although consideration will also be given to a newly qualified candidate.
• Comprehensive knowledge of infection control protocols and CQC requirements
• Excellent communication skills and patient-centred approach
• Knowledge of Dental Implants, Orthodontic and Dento-alveolar surgical procedures will be a recommendation but training will be provided in the absence of such knowledge

Key Responsibilities

• Provide chairside  assistance to dentists during a wide range of clinical clinical procedures
• Manage sterilisation processes and clinical inventory
• Support patient care and education with an empathetic and compassionate approach
• Assist with radiographic examination
• Assist with Intraoral 3D photographic scanning
• Maintain cleanliness of all aspects the surgery and the decontamination room
• Maintain accurate patient records using computer systems
• Willingness to  support reception and administrative duties as needed.
• Eagerness to learn and study new techniques.
