Join us as our Health, Safety and Estates Administrator
Hours - 18 per week, worked over 3 days
Salary - £24,463.00 per annum pro-rata

We are looking for a detail-driven, proactive and forward-thinking administrator to be the heartbeat of our Health, Safety and Estates team.
This isn't just a desk job, it's a role where your organisational superpowers and passion for safety will directly impact the wellbeing of our students, staff and visitors.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Coordinating contractors/service providers to keep our campus safe, functional, and future ready
* Supporting management of budgets/purchase orders, and reporting
* Keeping Health and Safety records pristine and compliant
* Stocking First Aid boxes, prepping training materials, and updating notice boards, because safety starts with little things
* Supporting fire, emergency drills, signage audits and insurance inspections
* Championing GDPR, safeguarding and continuous improvement across everything you touch
What You'll Bring:
* Level 2 qualification in English, Maths and Business Administration (or the drive to complete in 12 months)
* First Aid certification (or willingness to gain it with support from the College)
* A sharp eye for details, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Confidence in using Microsoft Office and navigating compliance frameworks
* A full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle for site visits
