About Us
We manage a growing portfolio of high-end holiday homes across the Isle of Wight. As we scale, we are building a reliable and professional housekeeping network to deliver consistently high standards of cleaning and presentation for our guests. We are looking for experienced commercial housekeepers who take pride in their work and want consistent, well-paid, year-round work.
The Role
As a professional housekeeper, you will be contracted to take responsibility for specific properties in our portfolio. For each property you accept, you will be responsible for carrying out all change-overs and cleans associated with that property — or, if you are unable to attend a clean, for organising and supplying suitable cover.
This is not an ad-hoc “take work when you feel like it” position — once you accept a property, it becomes your responsibility to ensure all change-overs are completed to our required standard, on time, and reliably.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out full change-over cleans between guest stays to an agreed checklist and standard.
Ensure all areas of the property (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, outdoor areas) are cleaned and presented to a high standard.
Restock and report on essential items as required.
Report any maintenance or damage issues promptly.
Provide suitable cover (at your cost and responsibility) if you are unable to complete a clean you have committed to.
Maintain clear communication with our operations team about change-over schedules and any issues.
Pay & Terms
£15 per hour or fixed per-property change-over rate (to be agreed individually per property).
Self-employed contractor basis – you invoice us monthly and are responsible for your own tax, NI, and insurance.
Consistent work available year-round, including off-peak and peak seasons.
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year’s experience in commercial or holiday-let cleaning.
Excellent attention to detail and high standards of presentation.
Reliable, organised, and professional approach.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Commitment to the properties you take on.
