About Us
Four Seasons Cleaning Ltd is a long-established, family-run cleaning company providing high-quality commercial and domestic cleaning services across the Isle of Wight. With a team of around 20 staff and a growing client base, we are now seeking a reliable and proactive Cleaning Supervisor to support daily operations and uphold our high standards.
The Role
You will assist in the smooth running of our cleaning teams, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. This is a hands-on supervisory role combining coordination, quality control, and staff support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and oversee a team of approximately 20 cleaners across multiple sites
- Assist with daily scheduling, job allocation, and staff coordination
- Carry out site checks, quality inspections, and client walk-throughs
- Train new staff and reinforce company standards and procedures
- Monitor and replenish cleaning materials and stock
- Respond to operational issues, staff absences, and client requests
- Provide hands-on cleaning support when required
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies
- Report issues, updates, and performance concerns to management
About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident, and able to lead by example.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in cleaning or facilities management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to supervise, motivate, and support staff
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Own transport (mileage allowance provided)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Desirable
- Experience supervising teams
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning standards
- Flexibility to support early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends
