Medina College is seeking to appoint two Learning Support Assistants (19hpw or 31hpw, on a term time plus one day basis) to make a real difference in our students’ learning and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will work alongside teaching staff to develop the learning of our most vulnerable students. Students may have Special Educational Needs in Cognition and Learning, Social and Emotional Mental Health, Communication and Interaction and may have Sensory and Physical needs. 

You will have a positive outlook and a cheerful disposition and share our belief that every student can experience success with the right support in place. 

You will support our students in their mental health, confidence and learning to enable them to be the best they can be. 

Ideally you will have experience in running intervention groups but more importantly be a creative thinker with a willingness to learn. Applications from primary trained LSAs will be welcomed as will those with secondary experience.
